Keto Brown Butter Bites

These Keto Brown Butter Bites are a deliciously rich and versatile addition to your keto or carnivore lifestyle. Made simply from browned butter, they offer a nutty, toasty flavor that's both satisfying and adaptable. Whether you enjoy them frozen as a quick fat bomb, melt them into sauces, stir them into coffee, or top them on grilled meats, these bites are the ultimate high-fat companion.

With minimal ingredients and endless flavor variations—think bacon bits, sweeteners, or even protein powder—these bites are easy to batch prep and store. Perfect for quick snacking, meal finishing, or coffee blending, they're a freezer essential for anyone optimizing their fat intake.

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter

Directions

1. With stove set to medium, place your sticks of butter into a pan.

2. Melt your butter in the pan and then reduce the temperature to medium low. Stir and scrape the sides as the butter begins to foam.

3. Watch closely as the butter browns. Remove from heat once it reaches your desired shade—golden for mild, darker for more intense flavor.

4. Let the butter cool in the pan for 5 minutes.

5. Pour the browned butter into a glass measuring cup, scraping in all the flavorful brown bits.

6. If using molds, stir the butter (to evenly distribute brown bits) and spoon into molds using a teaspoon or tablespoon, or simply pour directly.

7. If not using molds, line a baking pan with parchment and pour in the butter.

8. Freeze until solid. Once frozen, pop out of molds or break sheet into pieces. Store in a Ziploc bag or container in the fridge or freezer.

Note: Add flavor variations like bacon bits, sweetener, or protein powder to customize your bites.
