Carnivore Wraps for Beef and Bacon Tacos

These Carnivore Wraps are a game-changer for anyone on a carnivore or zero-carb diet who misses the convenience of traditional tortillas. Made entirely from animal-based ingredients like pork rinds, eggs, and ghee, they’re light, flavorful, and versatile.

Whether you're craving beef and bacon tacos or a breakfast wrap filled with eggs, these tortillas provide a satisfying and compliant base. They're easy to make and store, and they’ll quickly become a staple in your carnivore meal rotation.

Ingredients

• 5 oz. pork rinds

• 6 eggs

• 1 tbsp ghee or butter (in the mixture) + more for frying

• 2 cups water

• 1 tsp sea salt

Directions

1. Grind the pork rinds to get a fine powder (you can use a blender or food processor).

2. Add the water, eggs, 1 tablespoon ghee (or butter), and sea salt to the powder and blend. The batter should be smooth and liquid-like, not dense. If it looks too thick, add some water.

3. Add a teaspoon of ghee (or butter) to a pan and place it over low-medium heat.

4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.

5. Let it cook for about 7 minutes, then flip it and give it 3 more minutes.

6. When the tortilla is ready, set it aside to rest (you can put it on a paper towel).

7. Repeat the four steps above until your pork rind powder is finished. Just make sure you remove the pan from the heat between each tortilla, as you don’t want the pan to get too hot.

8. Use the tortillas to make chicken, bacon, beef tacos, wraps, or many other carnivore-friendly dishes!
