• 1.25 cups Duck Fat Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• ¼ tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
• 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
1. Blend the Duck Fat Mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt until the mixture comes out smooth.
2. Add the finely chopped fresh parsley and dill and pulse a few times to combine.
