Keto Chow Pumpkin Pie Dessert

This Keto Chow Pumpkin Pie Dessert is a festive, no-bake treat that's perfect for the holidays or any time you're craving that classic pumpkin pie flavor. It’s creamy, rich, and filled with seasonal spices, offering a delightful texture and nostalgic taste without straying from your macros.

With just three essential ingredients—Keto Chow, heavy cream, and gelatin—you can whip up a luxurious dessert that sets beautifully in the fridge. Customize it with your favorite spice mix or sweetener and enjoy a keto-friendly indulgence that's sure to impress guests or satisfy a solo craving.

Ingredients

• 2 scoops (90 grams) Keto Chow Pumpkin Spice Caramel

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream

• 1 tbsp pumpkin spice mix (optional)

• 1 tbsp beef gelatin, bloomed in 1/4 cup water, then mixed with 2 tbsp boiling water

• Sprinkle of pumpkin spice or apple pie spice

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)

• Sweetener and/or vanilla (optional, for topping)

• Sprinkle of pumpkin spice or apple pie spice (for topping)

Directions

1. Beat 2 cups of heavy whipping cream until light and fluffy, but not fully whipped.

2. Stir in the Keto Chow, bloomed gelatin, and optional spice mix.

3. Continue beating. If the mixture is too thick, add 1/4 cup of water to adjust consistency.

4. Pour the mixture into a pie plate and refrigerate to set.

5. While the filling sets, whip the 1 cup of heavy whipping cream for topping until stiff. Add sweetener or vanilla if desired.

6. Once the filling is firm, spread the topping evenly over the dessert, let it chill further, then serve.
