Carnivore Bagels

These Carnivore Bagels are a game-changer for anyone following a carnivore, keto, or low-carb lifestyle. Made with ground beef, eggs, and nutrient-rich meat flour, these bagels are dense, flavorful, and high in protein. They’re ideal as a breakfast staple, sandwich base, or quick snack on the go.

The texture is satisfying and bread-like, while the flavor is rich and meaty. Whether toasted with butter or served plain, these bagels are an easy and satisfying way to stay on track with your health goals.

Great for meal prepping or a fast post-workout meal, they’re also versatile—swap out the meat flour with pork panko or homemade dehydrated meat flour to keep things interesting.

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained

• 4 large eggs

• 1 tbsp beef gelatin (optional but recommended)

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• 2 tbsp Carnivore Crisp flour

• A couple pinches Redmond’s Real Salt

Directions

1. Cook ground beef in a pan and drain thoroughly.

2. Allow ground beef to cool completely. These first 2 steps can be done the day before.

3. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until very smooth. Batter will be thick.

4. Grease a 6-well bagel pan and spoon batter mixture into the pan.

5. Bake at 350°F in oven or Ninja indoor grill for 20–25 minutes.

6. Allow bagels to cool before removing.

7. Cut in half to toast either in air fryer or toaster oven, or enjoy as is!

Note: You can use Carnivore Crisps meat flour, homemade dehydrated meat flour, or 1/4 cup pork panko as a substitute.
