Animal-Based Carnivore Smoothie

This animal-based carnivore smoothie is a rich and satisfying way to start your day or refuel after a workout.

Made with soft-boiled eggs, cream, and optional sweeteners or bone broth powders, it's a creamy, high-protein treat that blends beautifully for a smooth texture.

Enjoy it sweetened or unsweetened, depending on your keto or carnivore preferences.

Ingredients

• 5 soft-boiled eggs

• 4 ounces half and half, whole raw milk, or heavy cream

• 2 ½ tablespoons sweetener (optional)

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• ⅛ teaspoon salt

• Optional: 1 tablespoon grass-fed beef collagen powder

• Optional: 1 tablespoon grass-fed beef gelatin

• Optional: 1 tablespoon bone broth powder

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Taste and adjust optional sweetener as needed. If your eggs are medium or hard-boiled, add another splash or two of liquid and thin the smoothie to your liking.

3. Divide into two cups and serve immediately.

Note: For strict carnivore, omit the sweetener and vanilla extract. For keto carnivore, use a keto-friendly sweetener. For a dairy-free option, substitute with coconut milk, cream, or yogurt. For added carbs, use raw honey or maple syrup instead of sweetener.
