• 1 pound ground beef
• ½ teaspoon salt
1. Divide the ground beef into 4 (4-ounce) portions and form into patties.
2. Season the outside of the patties with a sprinkle of salt and place in an air tight container in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill.
3. Set up the gas grill and preheat.
4. Place the patties over the hot side of the grill, and cook the burgers for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, flipping once for even cooking.
