Perfect Burger on a Gas Grill

This simple yet satisfying burger recipe is perfect for grilling season. With just two ingredients—ground beef and salt—it’s all about technique and timing on the grill.

Each burger comes out juicy and tender, with that irresistible smoky char that only a gas grill can offer. Top with your favorite keto-friendly toppings or enjoy as-is for a zero-carb delight.

Perfect for cookouts, family gatherings, or a relaxed weeknight dinner outdoors.

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef

• ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Divide the ground beef into 4 (4-ounce) portions and form into patties.

2. Season the outside of the patties with a sprinkle of salt and place in an air tight container in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill.

3. Set up the gas grill and preheat.

4. Place the patties over the hot side of the grill, and cook the burgers for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side, flipping once for even cooking.

5. Pop your buns on the grill and then assemble the burger with your favorite toppings.

Flavor Tip: Try seasonings like garlic powder, smoked paprika, or Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor depth.
