These Keto Egg Fast Cinnamon Donuts are a delightful way to enjoy a sweet treat while sticking to your egg fast plan. They’re soft, gently spiced with cinnamon, and sweetened with erythritol for that classic donut feel—without the carbs.
With just a few simple ingredients like eggs, mayonnaise, and a touch of vanilla, these bake up quickly and make the perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert. Ideal for egg fast protocols where tracking egg-to-fat ratios is essential.
• 3 eggs (room temperature)
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
• 1 squirt Cinnamon Flavorall Drops (optional)
• Cinnamon and granular erythritol for sprinkling on donuts after baked
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Pour mixture into a silicone donut baking mold or muffin tray.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and granular sweetener after baking.
Note: For the Egg Fast, 2 Donuts = 1 Egg, 1 Fat. If using butter instead of mayo, melt it slightly and ensure eggs are at room temperature to prevent clumping.
