Honey Butter

This honey butter combines the deep richness of grass-fed ghee with the subtle sweetness of raw honey, creating a luscious spread that’s smooth and flavorful. Finished with a touch of crunchy sea salt, it’s a perfect complement to keto breads, grilled meats, or roasted vegetables.

Quick to make and versatile, this spread is ideal for holiday feasts, cozy breakfasts, or as a luxurious everyday addition to your table.

Ingredients

• 1 cup grass-fed ghee (or butter)

• 1 tbsp raw honey (local or Manuka)

• sea salt, to taste

Directions

1. Scoop out 1 cup of ghee and place it in a mixing bowl. For easier scooping, warm your spoon on the stovetop before use.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey to the bowl with the ghee.

3. Mix thoroughly until the honey is evenly incorporated.

4. Sprinkle sea salt over the mixture and stir again.

5. Transfer the honey butter to a storage container or mold.

6. Refrigerate until firm. Use as a spread or slice as needed.
