Easy Cheesy Low Carb Keto Pulled Pork Noodle Casserole

This Easy Cheesy Low Carb Keto Pulled Pork Noodle Casserole is comfort food without the carbs. Made with creamy cheeses, juicy pulled pork, and keto-friendly egg noodles, it's a perfect fit for Ketovore and Carnivore lifestyles. The dish delivers deep flavor and a satisfying, cheesy texture that’s perfect for family dinners or weekly meal prep.

The recipe is flexible too—add green onions for a fresh touch or stick with just the meat and cheese for a strict carnivore version. It's best served hot straight from the oven, bubbling and golden with a crispy cheese topping.

Ingredients

• Egg Fast pasta noodles, cut into 1.5–2 inch lengths (see recipe)

• ¼ cup heavy cream

6. Add the grated cheddar and mozzarella and stir until melted.

7. Add the heavy cream and whisk until smooth and creamy.

8. Turn the heat to low, add the noodles, and mix well.

11. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, uncovering for the last 5 minutes.
