Carnivore Egg Pudding

Carnivore Egg Pudding is a silky, satisfying dessert made entirely from animal-based ingredients, making it ideal for those following a strict or keto carnivore lifestyle.

With just soft-boiled eggs, half and half, butter, and your choice of sweetener, this quick blend-and-chill treat delivers a surprisingly indulgent flavor and custard-like texture—without a trace of fiber.

Customize it to fit your goals: omit sweetener for strict carnivore, use keto-friendly alternatives, or add honey if incorporating carbs. It’s a fast, versatile recipe that brings a sweet finish to your meat-based menu.

Ingredients

• 5 soft-boiled eggs, peeled

• 4 ounces half and half

• 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter, softened

• 2½ tablespoons sweetener (see note)

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 pinch salt

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetener, as needed.

2. Best if chilled in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.

Notes: For strict carnivore, omit sweetener and vanilla extract. Use keto sweetener for keto carnivore, or raw honey if adding carbs.
