• 1 tsp butter

• 2 large eggs

• 1¼ oz. smoked deli ham, chopped

• ¼ cup (1 oz.) cheddar cheese, grated

• salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. If not using a microwave, preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Grease one mug or ramekin per serving with butter.

3. Beat the eggs with a fork in the mug. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Add the chopped ham and grated cheese and mix well.
